Mersea Camping Trip -  Friday 20th June 2008  – Sunday  22nd June 2008

We are returning to Mersea this year for our fourth year.  For those of you who don’t know about this trip, it’s a fun weekend for the kids which involves judo sessions, activities such as aerial runway, climbing wall, trampoline, high ropes, swimming (weather permitting) and many more exciting things!

All Judo members who are 8 and over are welcome to join us. Mersea Outdoors stipulates that children under the age of 8 are not permitted.  Unfortunately, we are limited to 50 places so don’t delay! Its first come first served!

Mersea have raised their prices again this year and we are able to offer this trip to you for £40.00 per child.  The actual cost per child is £58.95 with the remainder of the money  being sponsored by R Dillon (Clacton) Ltd and the Judo Club.  This trip includes: Friday night BBQ, (so you don’t have to feed your child before they get to camp), camping fees, all food, drink and activities for your child for the whole weekend!  We will be organising a Barbecue for all the family on Friday evening and we hope parents and siblings will be able to join us. (Bring your own beer, wine or favourite tipple).

We need to find out how many children would be interested in going, so for that reason we are asking you to return the slip below, with a NON REFUNDABLE £5.00 DEPOSIT  (per child).  This deposit is needed by NO LATER than SATURDAY 15th MARCH.  You will then be able to pay off the balance for the trip however you choose, either a little per week or the whole lot at once!  The balance for the trip is required TWO WEEKS BEFOREHAND – Saturday 7th June, 2008. Unfortunately, Mersea Outdoor rules state that once deposits are paid, if for whatever reason your child is unable to attend, unless you can provide a Doctors certificate, parents will be liable to pay for the trip in full.

A parental consent form will be sent out shortly which all parents/carers must sign.
