Clacton Judo Club Affiliated to The British Judo Association - Club no. 9012 March 2008
Dear Parent/Carer, County High School have complained about the amount of mess we are creating when at Judo on a Saturday morning, namely crisp packets, sweet wrappers, cake mess and empty bottles. Members of our committee have had to go around with a dust-pan and brush when the sessions finish at 1:00 p.m., which delays them going home. Can we therefore ask you, to have a quick look round where you have been sitting with your children, and if you have created any mess, ask Debbie/Dawn for dust-pan to clear it up. Thank you. The Coaches have asked us to remind all Parents/Carers of siblings, to supervise them, at all times whilst lessons are in full swing. We have had instances of toddlers wandering onto the mat, which is not only dangerous for them, it is also dangerous for the judo players. We don’t want anyone to get hurt, so please be vigilant. If you have any concerns, please speak to Debbie/Dawn. Debbie Stewart Dawn Cronin Treasurer Events Secretary |
